Employment and criminal/civil background checks are conducted on all of our security personnel. We will ensure that selected personnel have all the appropriate certification for first aid, CPR, and equipment such as a baton, pepper spray, etc.
We provide basic security training, in-service training, management and supervisory training and safety programs. Each applicant who passes our screening and selection process and is hired as a security professional must successfully complete our company training program as well as fulfill BSIS. Experience is what we strive for in our officers.
As such, we have achieved compliance with the training requirements mandated by the state of California, State Department of Consumer Affairs Skills Training Course for Security Officers. In accordance with BSIS, we also issue certificates of completion for all training programs completed and a record of courses takes is maintained in the office.

S&L Security office of dispatch center is a
24 hour a day operation with supervising staff who are available 7 days a week monitoring incidents, processing calls, dispatching guards, as the need arises to various incidents around the city.
A supervisor is monitoring our job sites and following up with our guards. Staying in constant contact.
We tailor our services to meet clients specific needs, which helps reduce clients costs while also minimizing the risk of crime at your business site.
We service the Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, Inland Empire and the San Fernando Valley.
